More abilify

Today i began taking 5mg of Abilify. Still with 150 seroquel and 100 Lamictal. Today actually went better. I hope that it wasn’t a figment of my imagination. Even the tinnitus is a little quieter. Gotta be happy about the little things.

We went to the lake after I got off of work. It was nice to go and swim a bit and cook out. Now that i am working, I am getting the boat ready to take to the water. We used to fish all of the time. I am anxious to start doing that again too. We used to know some good crappie spots where we caught nice 1/2 to 1 pound fish. Good eating!

It is nice to have something positive going on for a change. L and D bought a new car this week. We are all excited, it’s a beauty! I haven’t ridden in it yet but I have the weekend  off so they will probably take me then.
